We advise most of our customers who are looking for a durable, long-lasting playground surface to choose a poured in place rubber surface. Often times, it is possible and much more economical to recap damaged playground surfaces.
However, this daycare playground project first required the removal of the old poured-in-place surface before installing a new one. This type of surface is designed to last, which makes removal a bit challenging. But, after many years of heavy use, it is sometimes necessary to fully remove and replace the old surface.
